One key is in the level of assessment and due diligence we undertake on our candidate network. We share the heritage of the Curzon Partnership, a leading Executive search firm, and are used to finding the best people. All candidates we introduce have been rigorously assessed as to the level and extent of their professional and leadership skills. Not all make the grade. Whereas some of our competitors focus on how large their database is, we prefer to work regularly with a select group of people we know well.

We work primarily at the top end of the Interim market. The calibre of Leader we offer is unlikely to be available at less than £1000 per day.
